Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Telecom Network Architect with 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, network architecture, and complex systems design. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing strategic architecture plans, designing application and network components, researching emerging technologies, and solving complex system and network problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceive, evaluate, and present architectural approaches for application, system, and network components.
- Design and develop new application and system components supporting large-scale telecom environments.
- Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and consistency across products and technology platforms.
- Develop and maintain strategic system and network architecture plans.
- Design and develop complex telecommunications systems and network infrastructure.
- Evaluate technology trends, industry standards, products, and emerging telecom technologies.
- Conduct technical research and provide recommendations for architecture and technology direction.
- Analyze complex system and network issues and develop effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot architecture and system problems using strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Prioritize architecture initiatives and execute multiple technical projects/tasks within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with engineering, network, application, infrastructure, and other technical teams to develop scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant technology/telecommunications experience.
- Strong experience in network and system architecture.
- Proven experience developing strategic architecture plans and technology roadmaps.
- Experience designing application/system components and complex technical solutions.
- Extensive experience with system and network creation, development, and integration.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience researching technology trends, standards, and products.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple technical initiatives.

Preferred Background

- Telecom / wireless / carrier network experience.
- Experience with 5G, LTE, IP networking, network infrastructure, SDN/NFV, network automation, or cloud networking.

- Experience with network management, systems integration, APIs, or distributed systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex architecture to technical stakeholders.
