Job DescriptionInbound Merchandise Handler - 1st Shift: Harvard, IL Our customer in Harvard, IL is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Merchandise Handlers to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Inbound Merchandise Handler, you will be responsible for orderly operations of materials and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities of the Inbound Merchandise Handler:

• Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.
• Contributes to the orderly operation of the stock and/or materials storage area.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Locates and packs materials for shipping and operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.

Inbound Merchandise Handler Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in distribution or warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, RF scanners, and other equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Pay for Inbound Merchandise Handler: Starting at $18.10/hour. Inbound Merchandise Handler Benefits:

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time Schedule: Monday – Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 9:00am-2:00pm.
