Where you’ll work: Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and Carver, MN
Schedule options: AM or PM | 10-hour and 12-hour shifts
Type: Temp-to-Hire with long-term potential
Picture your shift: you clock in, review the production plan, and ready your station. You dial in machine settings, run a quality check on the first pieces, and keep a keen eye on throughput and specs. When a minor issue pops up, you adjust, document, and keep the line moving safely. That’s a day in the life partnering with Midwest Staffing in Shakopee, supporting reputable manufacturing and printing companies across the southwest metro.
What you’ll do
- Set up, operate, and continuously monitor industrial manufacturing or printing equipment
- Fine-tune settings and perform light troubleshooting to maintain quality and uptime
- Inspect output to verify it meets precise specifications and standards
- Follow production schedules and documented work instructions
- Keep work areas orderly and uphold all safety practices
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
What you bring
- Hands-on machine operation experience (required)
- Background in manufacturing and/or printing strongly preferred
- Ability to read and follow written procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfort working 10-hour or 12-hour shifts (AM or PM)
