On-Shift Energy
You clock in at 800 Village Road in Lancaster and step onto the wellness floor as the room comes alive—early risers, after-work regulars, and weekend families. Between quick check-ins with members, you stay in motion: scanning the space, keeping things orderly, and jumping in with clear, upbeat guidance when someone needs help getting started. As the pace changes through the shift, you keep the vibe welcoming, the area looking sharp, and the experience smooth—so every person can focus on their next rep, their next mile, and their next win.
