What Youll Be Doing
- Residential & commercial painting (repaints + new construction)
- Interior & exterior work
- Spraying, brushing, rolling, prep work
- Working on clean, well-managed jobs with a solid crew
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years professional painting experience
- Ability to spray, cut, and finish at a high level
- Reliable, shows up on time, works hard
- Takes pride in clean, quality work
- Team player with a good attitude
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with coatings, staining, or fine finish work
- Can lead a small crew or want to grow into leadership
- Want a long-term careernot just a temporary job
