Seatown Locksmith is looking for an experienced locksmith to join our team. This role involves working both independently and as part of a small team to provide expert lock installation, repair, and key cutting services. The locksmith will handle a variety of lock types including residential, commercial, automotive, institutional, and safes, often responding to emergency calls. Frequent travel and on-call availability are required to meet customer needs promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install locks for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
- Cut keys accurately and efficiently
- Repair and maintain various locking systems and safes
- Provide excellent customer service and consultation
- Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations
- Manage inventory of tools and parts
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional locksmith experience
- Proficient in lock installation, repair, and key cutting
- Knowledgeable about security systems
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and physical dexterity
- Effective time management
