About the role
<ul>
<li>Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities</li>
<li>Help kids with activities of daily living and encourage independence</li>
<li>Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules</li>
<li>Work as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for
<ul>
<li>Great communicator – clear, warm and easy to understand</li>
<li>An ability and to really engage with children, not just watch them!</li>
<li>Comfortable with basic computer use and learning electronic charting</li>
<li>Childcare/healthcare experience preferred (not required!)</li>
<li>Current negative TB test (PPD) required</li>
<li>Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification required</li>
