We are looking for a dependable team player with a "can do" attitude. You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining landscaping and grounds, and general maintenance activities in a private condominium association.
Knowledge and experience in the following aspects of maintenance is a plus:
Plumbing and water supply
Electrical
Lock Replacement
Carpentry
Painting
Operating an excavator and front-end loader
Swimming pool and hot tub maintenance
