Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

MD Law Group LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team in Charleston, South Carolina. We are also open to a remote or hybrid arrangement for qualified candidates.
We are a small civil litigation firm that values accessibility, responsiveness, and practical, trial-focused advocacy. Our attorneys work closely with clients to evaluate risk, develop strategy, and prepare every matter with trial in mind.
What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed in South Carolina
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing litigation files
Practice Areas Include:
· Commercial litigation
· Construction defect
· Defamation & media liability
· Director & officer claims
· Governmental defense
· Personal injury
· Professional liability
· Real estate litigation
This position provides the opportunity to handle matters, work within a collaborative team, and grow a practice in a small firm environment. Candidates should be clear and effective communicators, proficient in legal research and writing, and experienced in managing litigation files.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Bonus available based on revenue.
