About the Role
American Airlines is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join the ACM Digital Data team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for processing, validating, and maintaining aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with internal policies and FAA regulations. This is a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply ACM Digital Data policies and procedures
- Process and review aircraft maintenance records for accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies and track corrections for record accuracy
- Upload and maintain synchronized data within the AirVault system
- Partner with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to retrieve and validate records
- Act as liaison to Compliance for FAA-related inquiries
- Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data issues
- Distribute and retain documentation per company and FAA requirements
- Reconcile aircraft log pages and ensure record consistency
- Prepare and scan maintenance records and documentation (as applicable)
- Support additional projects and assignments as directed
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience/training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under deadlines
- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with records management or document control
- Aviation maintenance records experience (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with systems such as SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, or Lotus Notes
- Typing speed of 50 WPM and 10-key proficiency
