· Stock grocery items on to shelves and assure that items are neatly organized in the locations assigned.
· Safely use a cutting blade or knife.
· Organize, upkeep, rotate, and maintain back stock in good order and easily accessible.
· Oversee the quality of products after they are placed on sales floor for customers to purchase.
· Build neat and organized merchandise displays.
· Provide undivided attention and customer service to patrons.
· Know the location of merchandise.
· Suggest Company products and services to customers.
· Operate equipment and machinery such as baler, forklift, etc. based on operational needs.
· Other duties common to the Grocery department may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of Grocery department, stocking experience preferred
· High school diploma/GED or equivalent work preferred
· Must be 18 years of age
· Bilingual (English & Spanish)
