Document Control Clerk will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Scanning/Filing documents
- Data Entry
- Document Review
- Greet Visitors and Customers
- answer phones
- Customer Service tasks
- Assist with Annual company inventory
- Assist Scheduling
- Perform other office tasks as assigned
PERIPHERAL DUTIES
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner
- Assist in formulating strategic plans
- Perform other duties as assigned
WORKING HOURS
Monday- Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM

- Salary Range is $18-$22 per hour. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
