\n About the Rol
\n
eThe Technical Designer, Men's & Kids is responsible for translating creative designs into clear, actionable technical specifications to ensure garments are produced with consistent fit, quality, and construction. This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while supporting evolving business needs across categories

- teCreate detailed technical specification packages and review samples for fit, pattern accuracy, and construction qualit
- y.Lead and participate in live model fittings, evaluating garments for balance, proportion, and quality, and provide clear feedback to resolve fit or construction issue
- s.Review pre-production and production samples to ensure consistency with design intent and quality standard
- s.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical details are properly executed and production-read
- y.Communicate daily with overseas factories to clarify specifications, review comments, and resolve production or fit-related question
- s.Maintain organized documentation of all technical specifications, revisions, and fit comments for accuracy and consistenc
- y.Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other cross-functional work as needed to meet seasonal deadlines and business goal

- ce.5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer in apparel (wholesale or vertical brand environment preferre
