- Support Kaizen activities, system implementations, data migration, process improvements, and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, standard work, and reporting procedures to support consistency, sustainability, and knowledge sharing.
- Support recurring, month-end, and ad hoc reporting related to customer service, production control, purchasing, pricing, inventory, part numbers, bills of lading, and other operational processes.
What You Bring

- Three to five years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical function.
- Experience developing reporting tools, dashboards, automation solutions, or KPI reporting.
- Experience supporting system implementations, conversions, data migration, or process-improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish capability is preferred.

- A creative and practical problem solver
- Comfortable working across multiple business functions
- Curious about how operational processes work
- Able to explain data clearly and recommend actionable solutions
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Committed to service, accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Work Environment
The position is generally performed in an office environment and requires regular use of a computer and standard office equipment.
