Job DescriptionTitle: MEP Project Manager (2+ years experience) Location: Queens, NY Compensation: $85K-$90K - DOE &nbsp; About Us: We are a full-service engineering firm specializing in building restoration and structural design.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; What You'll Do: We are seeking a junior MEP Project Manager with 2+ years of experience, with the capacity to grow into a Senior Project Manager.&nbsp; The position is based out of our office in Queens and in the field work.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; What We Offer: Medical, dental, vision 401K PTO &nbsp; You should know some of the following:
<ul>
<li>MEP system design, specifically HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers</li>
<li>AutoCAD design experience for MEP systems</li>
<li>Being comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces</li>
<li>Being comfortable with the commute to the office in Queens daily when not working in the field</li>
<li>Desire to grow into a Senior MEP Project Manager</li>
