\nCompany Description

PB&J Heating and Air isn’t about the sandwich — it’s about our why! Our name represents our three greatest blessings: Peyton, Breckyn & Jordin, the heart behind everything we do.

In 2014, around the family dinner table, Ryan dreamed of starting a local HVAC company that provided honest, reliable, and affordable heating and cooling solutions — while keeping family first. When naming the business, youngest Breckyn suggested “PB&J.” Everyone assumed it was about sandwiches, but it actually stands for the kids’ initials — and the name stuck.

Ryan, owner and operator, has been in the HVAC industry since 2017. His love for his family takes priority over his love for the open road and his motorcycle, golfing, skiing, or fishing (or what we like to call in the shop “networking”). His wife Barb is the real boss and biggest cheerleader, sometimes riding along on jobs, supporting the kids, or spoiling grand babies Walker and Evelyn. Walker is already learning the trade from Poppy and may one day take over the business, while Evelyn looks destined to follow in Barb’s footsteps as PB&J’s littlest cheerleader.

Jordin helps with furnace and AC inspections during the winter while working full time in the asphalt industry. Peyton is in college pursuing a criminal defense degree and keeps PB&J Heating and Air organized as office assistant. Breckyn balances competitive volleyball, school, and concerts and still finds time to help with parts and supply deliveries as needed.

As a family, they love basketball, volleyball, football, hiking, and all the outdoorsy fun together, and are active in their local church. From answering calls to running jobs, the family-first mindset drives everything PB&J does today.

At the heart of it all is a deep respect for those who have served our country. Barb’s dad was one of those heroes . A man whose service, strength, and sacrifice helped shape the values we live by every day. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy is felt in how we treat people, how we show up for our community, and how we honor something bigger than ourselves. We carry him with us in this business, in our family, and in the way we serve others.

Because at the end of the day, PB&J Heating and Air isn’t just about heating and cooling. It’s about family, legacy, and taking care of people the right way.

Blue circular logo with white text that reads 'HEATING AND AIR' and large initials 'P, B, J' in the center. The logo includes dashed and solid white lines and has the text 'EST. 2018' at the bottom.
