This includes lawn mowing, shoveling, and common area cleaning. Boilers license preferred but not required.We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation.
