Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies related to advanced field service
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and support the field service team effectively
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in field service operations
