Vinart is a franchised new and used car dealership group consisting of the Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center. Vinart has about 400 employees and is continuing to grow.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Job Purpose: The Mobile Service Advisor is responsible for managing and executing the “Service on the Road” program, delivering a seamless, high-quality service experience to customers at their home or workplace. This role oversees the full service lifecycle—from scheduling and routing to customer communication and billing—while ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional brand representation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and optimize daily routes for the mobile service technician to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and productivity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a concierge-level experience throughout the service process
- Conduct proactive outbound communication, including recall notifications, maintenance reminders, and post-service follow-ups
- Manage the full service cycle remotely, including customer consultations, estimates, approvals, parts coordination, and invoicing
- Coordinate closely with the mobile technician, parts department, and shop foreman to ensure accurate diagnostics and first-time-fix outcomes
- Monitor appointment progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays or changes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, and transactions
- Uphold brand standards by ensuring every mobile service interaction reflects professionalism and quality
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer-facing coordination role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service with a concierge mindset
- Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, and service management software
