NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Perkins, OK Area
Pay: $18–$22/HR DOE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays & After-Hours Work as Needed

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping a facility operating safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Repair and maintain doors, lighting, flooring, and basic structural components.
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, relocation, and adjustments.
- Monitor facility utilities, including air, water, electrical/lighting, and refrigeration systems as applicable.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests to help minimize production downtime.
- Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and maintenance areas.
- Keep accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Identify and report safety concerns or equipment issues to management.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
✅ What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, food production, or a similar environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs.
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to be hands-on.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required of the position.
Work Environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Regular exposure to noise, moving machinery, and production activity.
- Appropriate PPE must be worn as required.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays, special projects, emergency repairs, or after-hours work may be required based on production needs.
