What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and leasing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule and conduct community and apartment tours
- Qualify leads and identify prospects that align with community offerings
- Support resident relations by assisting with service requests and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up with prospects
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, energetic attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive resident experiences
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, RentCafe, OneSite, or MRI
