Job Summary
\n
We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to manage employment-based immigration cases for employees and consultants. The ideal candidate will coordinate with employees, attorneys, recruiters, HR, and clients to ensure timely processing of visa petitions, work authorizations, and immigration compliance.

Manage end-to-end employment-based immigration cases, including:

I-485 (Adjustment of Status)
\n
Coordinate with immigration attorneys to prepare and submit petitions.
\n
Review immigration documents for accuracy and completeness.
\n
Track visa expiration dates, EAD renewals, passport validity, and I-94 records.
\n
Maintain employee immigration files and ensure compliance with USCIS regulations.
\n
Prepare and collect supporting documents from employees and hiring managers.
\n
Respond to employee questions regarding visa status and immigration procedures.
\n
Ensure compliance with I-9 employment eligibility verification requirements.
\n
Monitor changes in immigration laws and communicate impacts to HR and management.
\n
Generate reports on immigration status, upcoming expirations, and case progress.
\n
Coordinate premium processing requests and USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
\n
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
\n
Required Skills
\n
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration.
\n
Experience with USCIS processes and documentation.
\n
Understanding of H-1B cap, transfers, amendments, and extensions.
\n
Familiarity with OPT/STEM OPT compliance and Form I-983.
\n
Knowledge of PERM recruitment and Green Card processes.
\n
Experience with I-9 and E-Verify.
\n
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
\n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
2–5+ years of U.S. corporate immigration experience (preferably in IT staffing or IT services).
\n
Experience working with immigration law firms.
\n
Familiarity with immigration case management systems such as INSZoom, Tracker, LawLogix, or Envoy Global.
\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management tools.
