Insul-Tech Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced Spray Foam Technician / Crew Leader to join our team.
We are looking for someone who knows the spray foam business and can take responsibility for a crew and a job from start to finish.
The right candidate should have:
• Hands-on spray foam insulation experience
• Experience leading or working with a crew
• Good communication and people skills
• A professional, customer-service-oriented personality
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• The ability to represent our company professionally with homeowners, contractors, and customers
• Reliable personal transportation
Compensation will be based on skill level and experience.
We are willing to compensate the right candidate very well for proven spray foam experience, leadership ability, dependability, and excellent customer service skills.
