We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. Shift Supervisor responsibilities include managing cash, customer and employee realtions, and producing products accoring to our specifications.. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively. We are a small, local company with plenty of room to advance to Assistant Manager, Manager and More!
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Train and coach new employees
- Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
- Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Address customer and employee complaints
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment
- Be able to run opening shift, including all prep and dough procedures
- Inventory all products and order from various vendors
