The Position: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center, is hiring a Housing Focused Case Manager. The Housing Focused Case Manager assists individuals exiting homelessness and entering housing with obtaining and retaining permanent housing and financial stability. All activities with clients are consistent with established housing and other goals.
