We’re looking for talented, motivated Hair Stylists to join our commission-based salon team in Green Hills. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality color, cutting, and guest experience in a supportive, professional environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a full range of professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Recommend and retail professional hair care products
- Deliver personalized experiences and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, elevated salon experience
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License
- Skilled in current cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Passionate about continued education and professional growth
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented salon
- Motivated to grow clientele and income within a commission-based structure
