Location: Syracuse, NY 13208
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
Pay Rate:
- $20.50/hour
Overtime:
- Not mandatory but strongly encouraged
- Saturday: Pay Rate at Time and a Half
- Sunday: Pay Rate at Double Time
Requirements
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and move quickly
- Stable work history
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine when to escalate issues
- Call Center
- Customer Service
- Retail
- Food Service
Job Responsibilities
Associates will handle approximately 50-80 calls per day and provide support for:
- Customer order placement
- Delivery status inquiries
- Delivery driver support
- Sales representative support
- Invoice-related questions
- Basic Accounts Receivable functions (training provided)
