Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and experienced Adult Day Program Admin to oversee the daily operations of our adult day program. This role combines administrative leadership with direct client engagement and is a great fit for someone who thrives on managing a team, coordinating activities, and ensuring participants receive excellent care and programming.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and activities of the adult day program
  • Supervise and support direct support staff
  • Handle administrative tasks related to program operations and compliance
  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for program participants
  • Step in to provide client transportation as needed
  • Ensure the program operates in accordance with 245D licensing requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff, families, and clients

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in adult day services, human services, healthcare, or a related supervisory role preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with both administrative work and hands-on client engagement
  • Ability to pass a background check
