NOW HIRING: ACTIVITY AIDE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with daily recreational, social, and physical activity programs for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

• Encourage resident participation, enthusiasm, and social engagement during group and individual activities.

• Assist with supervising residents, including required supervision during designated smoking times.

• Help set up, transport residents to and from events, and clean up activity areas.

• Foster a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

• Prior activity experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

• Ability to work every other weekend (required).

• Self-motivated, high-energy, and compassionate attitude with a passion for working with older adults.
