Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the banking or financial services domain and be comfortable developing scalable Salesforce solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience inSalesforce Development
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Experience with Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Apex
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio
- Experience with DevOps Center / Copado / Gearset
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture / Platform Events
- Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce migration tools
- Experience with AI/Einstein features in Salesforce
- Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.
- Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
