Job Description
Job Description
If you've worked at a bank or credit union, you already know how to discuss money decisions carefully. This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role puts that to work for families who asked for information.
What you'll actually do
- Contact people who have already requested life insurance information and book appointments
- Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing any coverage
- Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together
- Handle applications and disclosures accurately, because details matter to underwriting
- Track every open case through the carrier's review and keep clients informed
- Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training
Who this is a fit for
- A background in banking, lending, or credit union member service
- Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping
- Able to talk about family finances respectfully and without pressure
- A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
- Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up
- At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
What we provide
- Exclusive lead systems built for people who've already raised their hand about coverage
- Contracts with 43 carriers, which gives you real options for every family you serve
- Mentorship straight from Ben and Andrea, the people who run the agency
- Weekly team calls, call reviews, and scripts available to agents
The honest part
Compensation: paid under an independent contractor (1099) contract. If you want the processing side of finance without the conversation that leads to a decision, this isn't the right fit. Apply through this listing; questions: (928) 889-6338.
