Maintenance Machinist

Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
- Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in designing and fabricating modification fixtures.
- Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience with preventive maintenance strategies.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or technical school certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance machinist role within a manufacturing environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, adhering to safety protocols.
- Willingness to perform inspections, refurbishments, and training as needed.
