KRON Development is an IT company headquartered in Osaka, Japan, building modern software for global clients. As we grow our US client base, we're adding a US-based delivery manager to own client requirements and project success. You'll be the local point of contact in their time zone, working closely with our core engineering team in Japan.

Role Description
\n
You own the project from the client's side: gather and clarify requirements, translate them into clear specs for our Osaka development team, track progress, and make sure what gets delivered matches what the client expects. You don't write code - you make sure the right thing gets built, on time, and that clients stay confident throughout. This starts as a single project; deliver it successfully and the role becomes an ongoing, long-term engagement.

What you'll do
\n
\n
Capture and clarify detailed project requirements from US clients
\n
Translate business needs into clear, buildable specifications for the dev team
\n
Own delivery: track progress, manage timelines, surface risks and blockers early
\n
Serve as the US-based point of contact for US clients (calls, updates, expectation-setting)
\n
Review deliverables against requirements before they reach the client
\n
Coordinate across time zones between clients and the Osaka team
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
US-based, able to work US business hours
\n
Proven experience managing software project delivery and client requirements
\n
Enough technical literacy to understand C#/.NET, SQL, and API integration work - able to read specs, follow technical discussions, and evaluate whether deliverables meet requirements (hands-on coding not required)
\n
Excellent client-facing communication and expectation management
\n
Strong organization and attention to detail
\n
Clear written and spoken English
\n
Experience on remote, distributed teams across time zones
\n
\n
Nice to have

Background in software development or technical analysis

Experience with international clients or Japan-based teams
