Commercial Pool Repair Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career in the skilled trades?
AquaTech Pool Management is hiring Commercial Pool Repair Technicians to join our growing commercial repair division. No previous pool industry experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and are looking for individuals with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
If you've worked around tools, enjoy solving mechanical problems, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Pool Repair Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to inspect, diagnose, repair, and install equipment at commercial swimming pools throughout your region.
You'll gain experience with:
- Pumps and motors
- Commercial filtration systems
- Pool heaters
- PVC plumbing repairs
- Chemical automation systems
- Pool controllers and electrical components
- Leak detection and plumbing troubleshooting
- VGB drain cover installations
- Equipment pad upgrades and renovations
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
As your skills develop, you'll transition from working alongside a senior technician to managing your own service vehicle and repair schedule.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy equipment
- Mechanical experience is helpful but not required
