Landmark Preservation, LP owns and operates senior residential apartment buildings in Kingston and elsewhere. We are looking for an experienced, skilled Maintenance Worker to join our growing staff.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years prior work experience as a maintenance technician/worker. Some duties are painting, spackling, preparing apartments for occupancy. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Snow removal and yard work. Must be physically able to perform job duties; ability to maneuver objects such as ladders, snow blower, lawn mower. On-call work on a rotating basis for after-hour emergencies. Reliable transportation in order to respond to after-hour emergency calls. Punctual, dependable individual with good communication and organizational skills.
