The successful candidate will assist in safely and efficiently dismantling structures, removing debris, and preparing sites for new construction or renovation activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in demolition and related construction tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction demolition or related fields is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of building construction processes including framing, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, and finishing trades.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Experience working on outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to demolition activities.
- Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards or specialized equipment operation are advantageous.
