Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily NYC store operations
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Assist in managing the e-commerce website, including order processing and updates
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Oversee and help maintain accurate inventory levels across retail and e-commerce channels
- Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment requests, and reporting between the NYC store and Montreal head office
- Communicate regularly with head office regarding product availability, launches, and operational needs
- Receive, organize, and manage incoming shipments and stockroom operations
- Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to meet store and company goals
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff coverage
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Analyze sales and inventory performance to help drive results
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of retail management or key-holder experience (apparel preferred)
- Experience with Shopify, inventory management, and e-commerce fulfillment/shipping strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and remote head office coordination
- Passion for denim, fashion, and product knowledge
- Ability to multitask across sales floor and operational responsibilities
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
