This position is available in our office located in Norcross, GA
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Diagnose Issues: Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.
· Repair Tools: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
· Warranty Repair: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.
· Testing: Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.
· Team Interaction: Communicate with engineer team on product related issues
· Miscellaneous: Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic. Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

· Product Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· None

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
· Ability prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· 1-2 years of power tools repair experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Fluent in Spanish

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
· 2 years of Power Tools Repair Experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study.
