Minimum Qualifications
\n • Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing in the State of Illinois and current licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois.
\n • BLS certification
\n • Successful completion of coursework for medication administration (Pharmacology) as a Practical Nurse in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) regarding Standards of Pharmacology/Administration for Medication Course for Practical Nurses (Must provide documentation if requested)
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Two (2) years recent full time paid clinical experience in an acute care health facility or ambulatory care facility
\n Call Requirements: N/A
\n Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
\n RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
\n Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
