Job DescriptionNorth Rising Star is growing its Minneapolis team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as full-time Sales Associates.
This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating confidently, and working toward clear goals. You’ll represent client campaigns directly, speak with customers face-to-face, and help generate new customer interest and sales.
Whether you already have sales experience or come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused background, we’re interested in candidates who are ready to learn and motivated to perform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers face-to-face
- Introducing and explaining client products and services
- Identifying customer needs and answering questions
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Generating new customer interest and sales
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
- Learning new products and campaigns through ongoing training

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions, or a similar role is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with strong transferable skills.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Minneapolis/St. Louis Park area. This is not a remote position.
