Position Overview
\n
We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems & IT Manager to oversee our company's technology needs, including WMS and ERP systems, software implementations, integrations, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
\n
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience supporting technology in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- WMS & Business Systems: Manage, implement, and optimize warehouse management, ERP, inventory, and other business software.
- Software Implementations: Lead software projects from evaluation and vendor selection through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- System Integrations: Oversee integrations between WMS, ERP, accounting, EDI, shipping, and other business platforms.
- IT & Hardware: Manage company computers, printers, barcode scanners, networking equipment, and other technology infrastructure.
- Project Management: Coordinate technology projects, manage timelines, and work with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technology issues, coordinate with IT providers, and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or technology management.
- Experience implementing and managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong background in software implementations, integrations, and project management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, EDI, APIs, and business software.
- Familiarity with IT hardware, networking, and warehouse technology.
- Ability to manage outside vendors and multiple projects independently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
