Job Title: Java Microservices Developer – Banking Payments (SWIFT/Wire Payments) Location: NC Duration: Long Term
Job Description
We are looking for a Java Microservices Developer with strong experience in Banking Payments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Wire Payments, International Payments, and SWIFT messaging within the banking domain. Candidates with only Credit Card Payments experience will not be considered.
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>8 years of Java development experience</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka</li>
<li>Strong experience in Banking Payments (Mandatory)</li>
<li>Experience with:
<ul>
<li>Wire Payments</li>
<li>International Payments</li>
<li>Cross-Border Payments</li>
<li>SWIFT Network (MT/MX Messages)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Knowledge of payment processing workflows, settlement, and reconciliation</li>
<li>Experience developing REST APIs and event-driven applications</li>
<li>SQL experience (Oracle/PostgreSQL)</li>
<li>Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD</li>
<li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus</li>
