The Opportunity

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Managing Partner to help build and scale Sicher Technologies.
\n
This is not a conventional employment opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of building a business, develop lasting client relationships, identify market opportunities, and establish the commercial and operational foundations of a growing engineering-services company.
\n
The ideal partner combines business-development experience, an understanding of technology or engineering services, and the ambition to build something substantial.

What You'll Do

- Drive business development: Identify prospective clients, build relationships with engineering and technology leaders, and secure consulting engagements.
- Shape our growth strategy: Identify attractive service offerings, industry segments, and opportunities for expansion.
- Own client relationships: Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and account development.
- Build delivery capabilities: Help establish and scale a network of qualified engineers, consultants, and technical specialists.
- Develop strategic partnerships: Build relationships with semiconductor companies, startups, engineering organizations, and ecosystem partners.
- Scale the business: Establish repeatable processes for customer acquisition, project delivery, hiring, and operational growth.

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in business development, consulting, professional services, or technology-industry leadership.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor, electronics, embedded systems, or broader engineering-services ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with technical decision-makers and enterprise customers.
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing business.
- Entrepreneurial drive, independence, and willingness to take ownership of business outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer solutions.
