- Subcommittee Cadence & Accountability: Drive monthly syncs, track action items, and enforce accountability across 6 vital cross-functional subcommittees: Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, and Operations.
- Health Metric & Risk Tracking: Analyze outputs from our reporting analyst to monitor core program health metrics, identify potential risks, and proactively escalate red flags with data-driven proposed solutions.
- Executive Dashboard Management: Gather quantitative and qualitative reports of program progress and regularly publish comprehensive summaries on executive dashboards to support executive committee updates and War Room meetings.
- Offer and Feature Release PM: Project manage the launch of new buying models, offers, and features, ensuring strict operational and cross-functional readiness across all departments prior to release.
- Meeting & Workshop Facilitation: Plan, host, and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops designed to drive consensus, resolve operational roadblocks, and document clear, actionable outcomes.
- Sales Enablement Repository Ownership: Maintain partner- and field-facing enablement assets by actively gathering sales requirements and collaborating with marketing and enablement teams to produce, update, and publish resources.

- Coordination & Facilitation: Highly skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management, driving alignment, and leading productive, consensus-building workshops.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong working familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, financial concepts, and enterprise business systems.
- Autonomy & Leadership: Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight while effectively supporting senior program leadership and holding cross-functional teams accountable.
