Novoa Marketing provides paid training, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.General Accountabilities-Help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and visibility for our clients within retail environments-Create positive, face-to-face interactions by building genuine rapport with customers-Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm-Educate customers about current promotions, services, and product offerings-Provide an exceptional customer experience through attentive service and effective problem-solving-Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and performance objectivesJob Qualifications-1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar face-paced fields is preferred, but not required.-Strong conversational skills-Must have a reliable form of transportation.-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.-Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.-Student mentality, self-motivated with a focus on problem-solving.'
