If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a deep understanding of cannabis products, we want to hear from you!Authority & Supervision:Team Leads are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring that all daily operating procedures are performed as required. Team Leads are expected to lead by example and encourage other team members to promote the companies' image of perfect customer service and excellent visual presentation of the dispensary. Team Leads will also maximize sales through the constant development and supervision of sales staff. Team Leads are also responsible for ensuring transactions are carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.PAY: Starting $19 + shared tip pool SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off. Shifts included: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m., 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.Personnel Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing and ensuring all staff adhere to state rules and regulations while following all company policies and proceduresSupervise; manage, and direct the activities of sales associates including breaks and shift changesManage and inspire staff to deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfactionEnsure staff members remain in compliance with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal laws and regulationsAssist with customer service and ensure customer satisfactionFacilitate money drops and replenish change when necessaryMaintain in-depth knowledge of all strains and products within the dispensaries' inventory, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and trendsAssist in training new employees to follow standard operating procedures and scheduled shiftsProvide Spring Big assistance, and manual discounts as neededHelp maintain the flow of the sales floor, host if needed, place people in their proper rolesAssist Inventory Team in moving products and stocking sales floor as neededDirectly reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store MangerQualifications:Excellent managerial and supervisory skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAt least two years of supervisory experience preferredHold a valid Facility Agent Card with Arizona Department of Health ServicesBenefits:Employee discounts and samplesContinued education opportunitiesGrowth potential within the companyHealth, dental, and vision insuranceAt JARS Cannabis, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
