Job DescriptionJoin Our Growing Team – Front Office Check-Out Receptionist

Are you energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with children and families? Join our fun, welcoming, kid-friendly dental office as a Front Office Check-Out Receptionist!

We’re looking for a reliable, personable team member who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient and family.

Schedule

This position offers a split-shift schedule designed to provide coverage throughout the day:

• Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

30 to 35 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and families with a friendly, welcoming attitude

• Check patients out and assist with scheduling future appointments

• Manage appointments and patient scheduling efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service to children, parents, and families

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Answer and manage phone calls and emails

• Assist with daily front-office operations

• Help create a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with children and families

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software

• Previous customer service, dental, or scheduling experience preferred

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
