Ishita Interiors is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help bring luxury residential design projects to life across the Greater Asheville area.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and trades to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Identify potential issues early and propose effective solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and managing material deliveries to meet project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ability to manage project schedules, deadlines, and dependencies effectively, keeping everything on track.
- Proven track record of supporting construction bidding and reviewing contractor proposals with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong skills in tracking budgets, change orders, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Experience conducting site visits and monitoring construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
- Ability to review plans and specifications, identifying and flagging potential issues proactively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in addressing delays, scheduling conflicts, and site challenges efficiently and effectively.
