Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Syracuse, NY. As a PMHNP with CHE Behavioral, you will work in a collaborative environment with other mental health professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients with psychiatric and mental health concerns

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy

Collaborate with patients' primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care

Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes

Stay current with best practices in mental health care and implement evidence-based practices in your work
Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (NP) with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health

Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Eligibility for licensure in the State of New York
