Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master & Agile Coach to guide IT Team Leads in implementing Agile methodologies and improving team productivity. This role involves facilitating Scrum events, training team members, and fostering collaboration to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching skills and a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and teach Scrum events to IT Team Leads, promoting Agile best practices.
- Coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Analyze and remove impediments to enhance team performance and project delivery.
- Manage and prioritize project backlogs in alignment with IT leadership goals.
- Foster collaboration among team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Agile Teams.
- Proficient in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Office365.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Agile Certification (Scrum Master certified at minimum).
